Hope Lutheran Church representatives recently presented checks to various charitable agencies in the Fond du Lac community.  The funding was the result of sales generated at Hope's Walleye Weekend concessions stand.

Hope sold 660 hamburgers, 312 brats, 360 hot dogs, approximately 90 cups of Spaghettios, approximately 2,113 snow cones and approximately 93 gallons of ice cream (1,488 - 8 oz. cups) resulting in over $10,000 in income. All proceeds were donated back to the Fond du Lac community.

The Salvation Army of Fond du Lac, St. Katharine Drexel Homeless Shelter and Charis Pregnancy Help Center each received just over $3,000. Hope's Pantry of Hope food pantry received just over $1,000.
