Property for Sale at 418 East 4th Street
The church currently
owns the properties on both sides of this
home along 4th Street. Seven homes have
been purchased surrounding the church since
1995 to allow for expansion of our
facilities. One was demolished to allow for
the 6th Street entrance to the parking lot.
The remaining six are rented and are no
financial burden to the congregation as the
rental income more than covers the costs
associated with the properties. Acquiring
the 418 East 4th Street property is
important as it would fill in our ownership
of properties along 4th Street.
