We are excited to announce Anna Enderle is the new 3-year-old preschool teacher for Hope's Preschool & 4K program. See Anna's biography below.
I’m grateful and excited for this chance to serve the church and families of Hope. I’m especially excited to utilize the nature classroom: my own background is mostly in environmental education. I graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a degree in Environmental Studies, and while in school I worked in several wildlife refuges as a biotechnician. After graduating I taught school groups at an environmental learning center in Minnesota. Rain or shine, classes on history, science, and adventure were held out of doors. Once I was back in Wisconsin, I earned my Master’s degree in Education and have worked in several public school districts. In addition to my work in schools, I’ve been working on an organic farm in Campbellsport for the past three years.
I hope to use all these experiences to enrich my classroom and build up Hope’s preschool program. Of course, the most important part of the program is teaching the students about the love of Christ. I’ll strive to keep Him front and center in our day, and I’m sure I’ll be praying as I figure out new routines, students, and activities! Please keep me in your prayers, too, and let me know if you have any questions about the program!
Your new Hope 3P teacher,
Anna Enderle

Rev. Dr. Gottfried Martens
Hope Lutheran serves six Monday night meals each year as part of the city-wide Loaves & Fishes program. In 2024, Hope prepared 1,034 meals, nearly twice as many meals as last year. We have seen an increase in the number of Fond du Lac families struggling with food insecurity. Our congregation’s support is very important to many of our neighbors. Our standard meal includes chicken, potato wedges, fresh carrots, 2 home-made cookies, bread & butter, and milk. Any extra meals are delivered to the St. Katharine Drexel Shelter. In 2024, 134 meals (plus any extra food) were delivered to the shelter.
Hope Lutheran has between 8-13 volunteers serving at each of the meals. We supplement our congregation’s donations with the financial support of Thrivent Action teams and this year we also received a local Kwik Trip grant.
Since there are no meals offered next week, Hope also provided food gift bags. Items included this year were an apple, orange, sausage stick, string cheese, fruit snacks, homemade snack mix, trail mix, cookies, Hot Chocolate, and a couple candy canes and Hershey kisses.
Please continue to pray for our neighbors who struggle with food insecurity and those who serve them. We would like to thank our volunteers and donors for their dedication to our mission.
2025 Save the Dates: August 18th, October 6th, December 8th.
Thank you!
